Proximity Solutions are pleased to be working with Noble Khan, the midlands based ASET approved Cultural Learning centre, developing a new online Learning Management System (LMS).
Noble Khan was established in November 2004, after the founder’s family members began experiencing religious and racial intolerance and cultural misunderstandings within the workplace. Undercover investigations and extensive market research indicated these misunderstandings lay on both sides of the racial plane and it was this that led to the formation of Noble Khan and its quality cultural training programmes.
Noble Khan is now recognised as a professional response to the demands, complexities and legalities of the 21st century, multicultural British workplace. Noble Khan helps organisations and individuals alike stay on the right side of the law - without pandering to political correctness.
"Our work with the company has lead to developing a online LMS of their very successful 'face to face' courses, allowing users to learn about the Asian cultures through interactive and informative web based eLearning modules."
Using a combination of techniques, the LMS if built on the Microsoft .NET 2 framework and uses Microsoft SQL 2000 as a data repository. The combination of dynamic HTML pages and the heavy use of Adobe Flash has made the project both compelling and challenging to work on.
